Alamo Organic Feast Menu Posted

There are still a few seats available for tonight's organic vegetarian feast at the Alamo Ritz. Trish, the Ritz's executive chef, has posted the non-vegan menu with the vegan one coming soon. Each course features wine pairings from the Bonterra organic vineyards:

I - "Cheese Tease" Herbed Goat Cheese Foam on Multigrain Crostini with Fresh Organic Apples, Melon and Nuts
II - Boggy Creek Tomato and Baby Rocket Salad with Yaupon Gause Honey Balsamic Dressing with a Farmhouse Fresh Poached Egg
III - Homemade Organic Pasta with Delicata and Butternut Squashes, BCF Smoked Tomatoes and Braised Baby Greens
IV - Texas Watermelon and Raw Agave Nectar Sorbet with Texas Blueberries
