A New Leaf?

While I'm stuck in California this week and next, I was able to read the Austin Chronicle online, and I saw mention of a new place that I want to visit as soon as I get back. It's called Leaf and it is located at the base of the CSC building, downtown on 2nd Street. The main idea of Leaf is big gourmet salads done in a sustainable fashion with ingredients drawn from the local farmer's markets The menu looks very vegetarian friendly, and they also claim to have a number of vegetarian and vegan soups available in their rotation. I really liked the profile of Leaf in the Chronicle which highlighted their environmental commitment.
