Give Chickpeas a Chance

Lunch today was the local Thundercloud Subs where my contact filled me in on big news with their hummus. They've switched suppliers, and they are now using the super yummy artichoke and spinach hummus from Solar Falafel.. I had one for lunch, and the new formulation works really well in their sandwich. The employee's said they've been adding it to everything to try it out, and the store manager said that the hummus sandwich will be on special all next week (March 27th-April 2nd). Check it out!
