I made a note on my LiveJournal last year with Food Shui opened, and ten months later, Food Shui's become one of my staple restaurants. I've been trying to go through the menu and try all of the different rice bowls ($6.75 each), but I keep coming back to their Thai basil bowl and Jalapeno bowl. Both have ample quantities of fried tofu and similar vegetable mixes, but the sauce is a bit different. I've also really liked the garlic bowl and their not-on-the-menu ginger bowl. All are quite large, with white rice, tofu, and plenty of stir-fried veggies, and they all come with a fried veggie spring roll.

Outside of the rice bowls, I've had their vermicelli with tofu and lemongrass once, and while it was fine, I prefer the version served at Triumph Cafe. They have a tofu and vegetable pho, but I would expect that this uses the same beef-based broth as their normal pho, so it's a no-go.

They deliver for dinner in the local area, although there is a $15 minimum. I used it once when I was sick and couldn't go out, so I just ordered two dishes, saving the second for the next day.

I should mention their reusable plastic bowls. They are microwave-safe, so it's easy to bring leftovers home, and they can be washed and reused or recycled; the durability is similar to Gladware.

I have fallen into the same routine as Ben. I go to Food Shui around once a week and it has quickly become one of my favorites (since it's close to my house, reasonbly priced, and very tasty). The jalepeno, kung pao, and tso's rice bowls are all wonderful. They really don't have a bad dish (at least among the rice bowls). To make things even better, they're finally open on Sundays.
