Fuddrucker's

I encountered this chain for the first time in Atlanta, and I was pleased to see them when I arrived in Austin. The best thing about Fuddrucker's (aside from the drunken mispronunciation of their name) is the ample toppings bar, with everything from sport peppers to honey mustard. For a while, they had no veggie entries on their menu, but they've added the obligatory veggie burger in the last few months. For a while, I fancied getting a "veggie sandwhich", which was defined as one of their 1/2 pound-sized rolls along with a trip to the toppings bar. I don't know if they still offer it; it was always something for which you had to specifically ask. Their "Fudd Fries" aren't great, but they do spice them OK. Warning: their burger rolls are made with eggs and butter, so vegans should stay away. ($7)
